Theoretical advice in criminal cases:
Criminal fundamental concepts of the Constitution. Criminal Guarantees under the Constitution. The criteria for punishment. Theory of Criminal Law. Crime Theory and Theory of sentences and security measures in specific cases. Budgets and typical elements. The criminal type. Elements, structure and punishable offenses, examination of specific criminal cases.

AREA II.
Litigation:
Criminal proceedings throughout the Federal Republic with the implementation of the Penal Code, Penal Code for the Distrito Federal. Special Laws. (Fiscal, Financial Crimes, etc.), criminal codes of all the federal states of the country.
Litigation in oral judgements and application of the National Code of Criminal Procedures.

AREA III.
Studies and legal opinions:
Dedicated to undertake Constitutional type evaluation studies related to Penal Law and Criminal Procedure, and to pour opinions regarding particular issues raised for such purposes, as well as amendments to the Constitution of the United Mexican States in this area and Laws related to criminal law.

AREA I.
Theoretical advice on divorce and food alimony.
Fundamental family concepts of the Constitution. Fundamental rights related to the Law for the Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents and application of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

AREA II.
Family litigation throughout the Mexican Republic with application of the Civil Code for Mexico City and application of the Civil Codes of all the Federative Entities of the Country.
Litigation in oral judgements on Divorce Matters.

AREA III.
Study of Constitutional-type opinions related to Family Rights; studies and opinions related to the crimes applicable in Family Law, Parental Rights, Custody and Food Law.
